Rachel Kolisi and her ex, Siya Kolisi, have commemorated Women’s Day in South Africa with two separate posts.
While the former Springbok WAG reflected on her journey since her 2024 marriage split, her former spouse remembered the women who fought for freedom in the country.

On her social media platforms, Rachel Kolisi has remembered Women’s Day with an uplifting post about her own life.
In the clip, Rachel documents her heartbreak over a public divorce, her discovery of her own identity away from her ex, Siya, and her learning to stand on her own again.
The video featured Rachel working out, travelling, giving motivational talks, and embarking on her Falling Forward roadshow, which includes her biography and the documentary of the same name.

SIYA RECALLS THE STRUGGLES OF SOUTH AFRICAN STALWARTS
Meanwhile, Siya Kolisi has paid tribute to the historical struggles of South African women.
In the post, featuring an image of him sitting next to a Winnie Mandela memorial, the Springbok captain shared: “A reminder today that so much of the South Africa we inherited was fought for, carried and built by courageous women.
He added: “To the women who came before us, the women beside us, and the girls coming after us, may we never take your strength, your voice or your contribution for granted”.
