Lasizwe Dambuza has confirmed the sale of his Bryanston townhouse, which has recently been placed on the market.
In 2024, the YouTuber and content creator sold his Range Rover due to financial constraints. He later upgraded to an “affordable” electric car.

On his X account, Lasizwe Dambuza has confirmed that his Bryanston home has been listed for sale.
The 28-year-old replied to a screenshot of the property listing, posting: “Was hoping this wouldn’t make it online… but here we are.”
The YouTuber told celeb bloggers Maphepha Ndaba, “Yes, the house is on the market. A lot has changed this year, personally and professionally. Some decisions were easy. Others weren’t. The house was one of those decisions.
He continued: “I know people are going to have their own theories about why I’m selling, and honestly, I’m ok with that. All I can say is….life always has a plan”
According to Property24, Lasizwe’s house is listed for R3,8 million.
The 213 m² property boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a study, a private garden and is equipped with Smart Home Automation with Voice & App Control. It is located in a secure complex with 24-hour security.

‘NORMALISE SELLING YOUR CAR’
In 2024, Lasizwe confirmed that he had been forced to sell his 2021 black Range Rover due to financial constraints.
He posted a photo of the luxury ride on Instagram, sharing: “Goodbye, Sthandwa Sam’! You have been such an absolute pleasure to drive in, cry in, celebrate in, and feel safe in! Thank you for the beautiful memories, and thank you for reminding me that I can and I am able”.
He continued: “I hope your new owner will take good care of you like how I did! (I know it sounds like you are human. It’s because you took good care of me) Thank you, I love you”.
Touching his followers with his honesty and transparency, he added: “Also, this post is to normalise that it’s okay to sell your car.
“There’s nothing wrong with selling your car. Life always has a plan.”
A month later, Lasizwe purchased an “affordable” electric car.
