The Sharks clash against Leinster kicks off at 18:30 SAST. It is now round two of the URC, and coach JP Pietersen welcomed back six Springboks. André Esterhuizen returns from international duty to captain the side. Thomas du Toit starts at loosehead. Ox Nché and Eben Etzebeth are among the replacements.
Leinster arrive in Durban after a narrow opening-round defeat to the Lion. Hooker Rónan Kelleher is leading the team. Vusi Moyo is at flyhalf and faces one of the biggest tests of his young career against the champions. Lock Jason Jenkins will also have extra motivation, as he is a former Leinster player. Singer and actress Anlia Etzebeth is the wife of Eben Etzebeth. The couple tied the knot after he moved from France to join The Sharks in Durban. The pair have two beautiful daughters together.

MABEA ESTERHUIZEN
Mabea is the wife of the Sharks captain, Andre Esterhuizen, who was recently named Springbok captain for the Test against Australia in Perth. The couple are raising three children and are reportedly planning a coastal home in the Umhlanga and Sibaya area north of Durban.

Vincent Koch and his wife Jandré Koch have been together for around 15 years and married for about eight years. They have two children: son Luca and daughter Jané; Luca has already started playing rugby.

Edwill van der Merwe and Nadine van der Merwe married on 16 December 2023 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Cape Town. They had been dating since 2014 and became engaged in September 2021. The pair have one child together.

Jason Jenkins is married to Lou-Marie Taljaard. The pair got engaged in November 2023 and married in July 2024 at Zorgvliet Wine Estate in the Cape Winelands. Lou-Marie is a model who now goes by Lou-Marie Jenkins following their wedding.
