Bafana Bafana legend and former captain Aaron Mokoena‘s car was involved in a crash in Vanderbijlpark in the Vaal last Sunday.
However, Mokoena escaped unharmed and he is in good health although he could still be smarting from the trauma of the crash.

According to Timespost, Mokoena lost complete control of the car while approaching a roundabout before hitting a wall at Trevasa Court.
The said incident reportedly happened around Hertz Boulevard opposite the Emfuleni Estate on the day.
Mokoena, himself, reportedly told The Sedibeng Ster that he was coming from his work-related commitments with the South African Football Association (SAFA).
He had spent a week attending the SAFA and FIFA Talent Development Scheme U15 Inter-Provincial Tournament at Marks Park in Johannesburg.

For years, Mokoena held a record for being the youngest ever player to represent Bafana Bafana at age 18 in 1999.
He went on to win a record 105 caps with the South Africa national team and scored once until he retired from professional football in 2013.
Mokoena was part of the Bafana Bafana squads in two different FIFA World Cup tournaments in 2002 and 2010.
The now 45-year-old captained Bafana Bafana in all of their three FIFA World Cup matches on home soil.
